Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • The product you received is completely non-functional

  • It does not match the description or offer the promised features

  • Our support team was unable to resolve your issue despite multiple attempts

To process a refund in such cases, we may request:

  • Screenshots or videos of the issue

  • Confirmation that all troubleshooting steps were followed


Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the product

  • You didn’t check compatibility before purchase

  • You didn’t attempt to contact us for help

  • You expected features not listed in the product description

  • You failed to download or activate due to personal device issues (unless proven otherwise)

All our software products are digital downloads delivered instantly, which makes them non-returnable. There are no trial periods or cancellations after delivery.


Order Confirmation & Delivery

  • All orders are tracked and time-stamped at the moment of digital delivery

  • Product keys or links are sent within 24 hours after purchase via email

  • If you did not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us


Chargebacks & Disputes

We take refund abuse seriously. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide your payment provider with delivery logs, email proofs, and your acceptance of this policy

  • Deny future purchases if refund terms were previously violated

Returns

To avoid misunderstandings: unfortunately, orders cannot be returned. The legal regulations for purchasing software differ from those for traditional online purchases.

We provide activation codes that enable you to activate your software purchase. Once this activation code has been provided, it is impossible for us to verify whether it has been used or not. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of activation codes. We can never resell an activation code simply because we cannot verify whether it has already been used. For this reason, activation codes are strictly personal and excluded from the right of return.

We strive for maximum transparency, and therefore, we display the terms and conditions you agree to when placing your order. This is not only a mandatory provision in our general terms and conditions but also enshrined in European, Belgian, and Dutch legislation (Civil Code 7, art. 46d).
